Imagine: Anxiety
You’re in a park
You’re in a car
Then you’re in your house and then
You’re crammed into a room full of people
You’re screaming
You don’t know why you’re screaming but you need to scream
Nobody gives you a second thought and
Then everybody is looking at you and then within a blink of an eye once again nobody is looking.
You take a deep inhale but you can’t quite catch your breath.
Everything is so loud
But painfully silent
And you’re screaming
Deafening ignorance - there’s nothing even wrong.
