Hidden truth
When I was a girl I lived by the coast.
On the edge of the shore of South Bay
I remember thinking;
“Sometimes the sea is all I have”
Without thinking we often discount what is not affecting us.
The sand, the shells, the fresh air and the inevitability of movement.
It is only through the retrospective eye that I am able to recognise that sometimes all that we have isn’t necessarily apparent to us.
