sometimes all you have is you -
to watch over yourself
to have, to hold and consult in the times of need

the only way to go up from here is through the ceiling -
So tear it down.
nothing matters here except you and what

you feel in your heart.
Give it all you can and nothing more
there are only so many times you can hit the floor
without breaking into pieces.
